Refund Policy

1. When Are Refunds Issued?
A refund will be approved in the following cases:
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, and the return request has been accepted as per our Return Policy.
- The product was unavailable for replacement due to stock limitations.
- The order was cancelled before shipping.
2. Refund Method
- Refunds will always be processed to the same account used at the time of purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through a bank transfer to the customer’s verified account details.
3. Refund Timeline
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be initiated within 2–4 working days.
- The refunded amount may take an additional 5–7 working days (or earlier) to reflect in your bank or payment provider account, depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
4. Important Notes
- MediDentalPro.com will arrange the return pickup, but shipping charges are applicable, and the refund amount will be post-deduction of these charges. Customers can bear the shipping charges or arrange the return on their own.
- If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or not meeting the return conditions, the refund will not be processed.
- MediDentalPro.com will notify you via email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- In case of delays caused by banking networks or payment gateways, we will provide all necessary support to help track and expedite the process.
