• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (except COD orders, which must be agreed upon) and subject to stock availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, non-receipt of payment, incorrect or unclear address, unavailability of courier/transport to shipping address, suspected fraudulent activity, or natural calamities.

6. Payments

• All payments must be made through approved payment methods displayed on the website.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
• MediDentalPro.com does not store any payment information such as card details; transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

While availing any of the payment methods available on the Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction(s)
• Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and the Bank(s)
• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction
• Decline of transaction for any other reason(s)

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines displayed are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen delays.
• Risk of loss and ownership of products is passed on to the customer at the time of delivery. MediDentalPro.com will not be responsible for any damaged goods or wrong products delivered if unpacked without a video recording.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly as per our Return Policy and Refund Policy. MediDentalPro.com reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if conditions specified in Return and Refund policies are not met.

9. Product Authenticity and Warranty

• We source products only from authorized manufacturers and distributors.
• MediDentalPro.com does not provide any additional warranty beyond that offered by the manufacturer. It is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/importer/distributor at their discretion to cover warranty during the warranty period.
• If possible, MediDentalPro.com may assist the customer in getting in touch with the manufacturer/importer/distributor to obtain service or claim warranty, returns, or replacements.
