Return/Cancellation Policy

Note: Customers can cancel their order anytime before shipping and if the order is prepaid then the amount will be refunded within the next 3 working days.

MediDentalPro.com prioritizes customer satisfaction while ensuring the authenticity of materials, instruments, equipment, and consumables. To maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance, our return policy is clear and strictly enforced.

1. When Can You Return a Product?

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• A wrong item was delivered compared to the order.
• The product is expired at the time of delivery.
• The product doesn’t work – it should be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with a video clip.

Non-Returnable Products include (but are not limited to):

• Any Dental / Medical / Surgical Equipment.
• Any Pharmaceutical Products.
• Sterilized items and temperature-sensitive products.
• Any product/item once the seal is opened.
• Any product sold under promotional offers or stock clearance sales.

2. Timeframe for Return Request

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at help@medidentalpro.com, via WhatsApp at +91 7702494455, or through the “Orders and Returns” section of our website.
• Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• All return requests must be supported with a video clip while unboxing the product.

3. Conditions for a Valid Return

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and invoice intact.
• Products that have been used, opened, tampered with, or altered are not eligible for return.
• A return request must be raised within 8 days of delivery.
• Sterilized items and temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or expired upon delivery.
• All return requests must include a video clip while unboxing the product.

4. Packaging Guidelines for Returns

• Customers must pack the product carefully and securely to avoid damage during transit.
• The product should be placed inside a sturdy carton box with adequate cushioning material (e.g., paper, bubble wrap, or padding).
• MediDentalPro.com will not be responsible for any damage caused due to improper packaging by the customer during return shipping.

5. Return Verification Process

• Customers must provide clear images or videos showing the issue at the time of receiving the parcel.
• Our team will verify and approve/reject the return within 2 working days of receiving the request.
• Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back to our warehouse.

6. Logistic and Miscellaneous Fee for Returns

• MediDentalPro.com will arrange the return pickup; however, shipping charges are applicable, and the refund amount will be post-deduction of these charges.
• Customers can choose to bear the shipping charges or arrange the return shipment on their own.

7. Final Approval

All returns are subject to inspection upon receiving the goods at our store. MediDentalPro.com reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the above conditions or is received in damaged condition due to improper packaging.
