Step 1: Preparation

· Ensure the patient's teeth are clean and dry.

· Select the appropriate bite registration tray or use the material directly between arches.

Step 2: Dispensing the Material

· Attach a mixing tip to the automix cartridge.

· Dispense material directly onto the occlusal surfaces of the lower or upper arch, or both if needed.

· Use a slow, steady motion to ensure even coverage.

Step 3: Bite Registration

· Instruct the patient to gently close into centric occlusion (natural bite position).

· Maintain the bite without movement until the material sets intraorally (approx. 60 seconds).

Step 4: Removal

· Once the material has fully set, gently remove the bite registration from the mouth.

· Check for accuracy and stability—ensure it captured a precise occlusal relationship.

Step 5: Trimming and Use

· If necessary, trim excess material with a sharp blade or scissors.

· Use the registration to articulate models or for lab communication.
