PAB (Periodontal Plus AB) is a collagen fibril–based formulation containing tetracycline hydrochloride (2 mg) embedded in 25 mg of collagen fibrils. It offers a dual mode of action: through the active ingredient, tetracycline, and the delivery vehicle, which is high-purity, biocompatible Type-I collagen.
