A permanently soft, A-silicone based relining material for chairside use. Cold curing and manually mixed in a 1:1 ratio, Mollosil bonds securely to denture acrylic. Directions to use
- Prepare the Denture
Clean the denture thoroughly and roughen the tissue-contacting surface to enhance bonding. - Mixing
Dispense equal amounts of base and catalyst pastes (1:1 ratio) onto a clean mixing pad. Mix manually using a spatula until a homogeneous color and consistency are achieved. - Apply the Material
Spread the mixed material evenly on the denture’s tissue-contacting surface. - Insert the Denture
Place the denture in the patient’s mouth immediately after applying the material. Ensure proper seating and positioning. - Setting
Allow the material to set for approximately 5 minutes intraorally. Instruct the patient to avoid disturbing the denture during this time. - Remove and Finish
After setting, remove the denture from the mouth. Trim any excess material and polish as needed to ensure patient comfort. - Post-Procedure Care
Advise the patient to avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes to allow full curing and bonding.
