Specification

• Ultra-Clear VPS Material: Provides excellent visual control and enables effective light-curing through the silicone.
• Optimized Consistency: Ensures easy intraoral tray placement and highly accurate detail reproduction.
• Fast Setting Time: Approximately 2 minutes intraorally and about 7 minutes on the model for efficient workflow.
• High Tear Strength: Offers durability with sufficient flexibility for easy removal from undercuts.
• Easy to Modify: Can be cut or drilled effortlessly, making it ideal for injection moulding and clear stent fabrication.

Directions to use

Surface Preparation:
• Ensure the oral cavity or model surface is clean and completely dry before application.
Dispensing:
• Load EXACLEAR™ into a compatible automix cartridge dispenser.
• Attach the appropriate mixing tip supplied with the material.
Application:
• Dispense the material directly into the tray or onto the model.
• For injection moulding techniques, allow the material to set first, then cut or drill as required.
Setting Time:
• Intraoral: Approximately 2 minutes.
• On the model: Fully sets in about 7 minutes.
Removal & Finishing:
• After setting, carefully remove the silicone material.
• Trim, drill, or further modify as needed for procedures such as clear stent fabrication or temporary restorations.
