GC G-CEM One Paste Pak – Starter Kit (Translucent) is a next-generation self-adhesive resin cement designed to simplify and standardize all cementation procedures. This universal, non-technique sensitive cement combines strong adhesion, optimized flow, and excellent self-curing ability in a single, versatile solution. The cement delivers reliable bond strength to enamel, dentin, and a wide range of indirect restorations including metal, resin, and all-ceramic materials. Its low film thickness of approximately 5 μm ensures precise seating, while the wear-resistant, invisible margins support long-lasting esthetic outcomes. Excess cement is easy to remove, reducing chair time and improving workflow efficiency. For challenging clinical situations such as low-retentive preparations, the optional Adhesive Enhancing Primer (AEP) with GC’s Touch Cure technology further improves bonding performance. The chemical initiator in the AEP accelerates self-curing without requiring light activation, offering a simple apply-and-air-dry protocol. G-CEM One Paste Pak provides clinicians with a dependable, all-in-one cementation solution for routine and complex restorative cases.

Directions to use

Optional – Application of Adhesive Enhancing Primer (AEP)
1. Dispense a few drops of AEP into a clean dish and close the bottle immediately.
2. Apply immediately to prepared enamel and dentin using a disposable applicator.
3. Leave undisturbed for 10 seconds.
4. Air-dry thoroughly for 5 seconds using oil-free air at maximum pressure.

Restoration Preparation
- Pretreat the restoration according to manufacturer instructions.
- For glass ceramics, hybrid ceramics, and composites, apply a silane coupling agent and air-dry.

Dispensing
1. Remove the cartridge cover.
2. Depress the lever to dispense the required amount onto a mixing pad.
3. Adjust the dispensing guide based on the restoration type (inlay or crown).
4. Clean the cartridge tip and replace the cover after dispensing.

Mixing
- Spread both pastes thinly and mix thoroughly for 10 seconds using a plastic spatula.
- Avoid incorporating air bubbles.

Cementation
1. Coat the internal surface of the restoration with sufficient cement.
2. Seat the restoration immediately.
3. Working time is 2 minutes 30 seconds at 23°C; higher temperatures reduce working time.
4. Remove excess cement at the appropriate stage and allow to self-cure.
