1. Sterilize the forceps thoroughly before use.

2. Administer appropriate local anesthesia and prepare the surgical field.

3. Position the beaks apically below the CEJ of the maxillary right molar.

4. Ensure proper adaptation on both the buccal and palatal aspects of the tooth.

5. Apply controlled buccal and palatal luxation movements to expand the socket.

6. Once adequate mobility is achieved, remove the tooth using gentle outward traction.
