1. Use as directed by a dental professional.

2. Measure 10 ml of undiluted mouthwash.

3. Rinse thoroughly around the mouth for at least 30 seconds.

4. Use twice daily, preferably morning and evening.

5. Use approximately 30 minutes after brushing.

6. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after rinsing.

7. For denture care, soak dentures for 15 minutes twice daily if advised.

8. Do not swallow the solution.
