Medicept Accutemp is a high-performance, self-curing bis-acrylic composite designed for the fabrication of temporary crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, veneers, and long-term provisional restorations. Featuring excellent flexural strength, superior pressure and abrasion resistance, and high esthetic appeal, Accutemp delivers strong, reliable temporaries with natural fluorescence under all lighting conditions.
The material offers precise marginal adaptation and a smooth surface finish with minimal polishing. Its elastic phase ensures easy removal of the provisional restoration without damage. Color stability, low shrinkage, low exothermic heat, and fast intraoral setting make Accutemp the ideal solution for chairside temporization.

Directions to use
Step 1: Preparation
- Ensure the prepared tooth is clean and dry.
- Select the desired shade (A1, A2, A3, A3.5).
Step 2: Cartridge Setup
- Load the Accutemp 50ml cartridge into the dispensing gun (sold separately).
- Attach a mixing tip provided in the pack.
Step 3: Application
- Dispense the material directly into the impression or onto the tooth preparation.
- Ensure even filling and coverage.
Step 4: Intraoral Working Time
- Place the material intraorally within 40 seconds of dispensing.
- Allow it to set in the mouth for approximately 2–3 minutes.
Step 5: Final Setting
- Full polymerization occurs in 6–7 minutes.
- Remove the provisional during the defined elastic phase to avoid fractures.
Step 6: Finishing
- Shape and contour the restoration as required.
- Finish with minimal polishing—Accutemp provides natural gloss without glazing.
- If necessary, repair using any compatible flowable composite in the same shade.
