Medicept Bond Plus NT is a high-performance self-etch adhesive featuring 15% loading of 0.4 micron barium glass fillers—the same filler used in Medicept Flash composite. This advanced formulation delivers excellent protection against microleakage while maintaining exceptional bond strength across enamel, dentin, and other restorative surfaces.
The filler particles reinforce the hybrid layer and penetrate dentinal tubules, forming a true “structural bond” for long-term durability—an advantage not seen in unfilled or nano-filled adhesive systems. Bond Plus NT uses an ethanol-based carrier to ensure better control, less evaporation, and no need for multiple layers like traditional acetone-based adhesives.
This single-bottle adhesive is suitable for both direct and indirect bonding procedures and offers ease of use with reliable, clinically proven performance.

Directions to use
Step 1: Prepare the Tooth
- Clean the cavity and isolate the area using a rubber dam or cotton rolls.
- Do not etch separately—Bond Plus NT is a self-etch adhesive.
Step 2: Dispense the Adhesive
- Shake the bottle well.
- Dispense a few drops of Bond Plus NT into a clean mixing well.
Step 3: Apply the Adhesive
- Using a microbrush, apply Bond Plus NT directly onto the prepared tooth surface.
- Scrub the adhesive into the surface for 15–20 seconds to ensure deep penetration into dentinal tubules.
Step 4: Air-Thin
- Gently air-dry the adhesive to evaporate the ethanol solvent and spread it evenly.
- Avoid pooling and ensure a thin, uniform layer.
Step 5: Light Cure
- Light cure the adhesive for 10–20 seconds using a dental curing light.
- Ensure full polymerization before proceeding.
Step 6: Place the Restoration
- Proceed with your chosen composite or indirect restoration protocol.
- Complete the procedure with finishing and polishing steps as needed.
