Medicept Flow Plus is a high-performance, flowable, light-curing hybrid resin composite designed for a wide range of clinical applications. Ideal for Class III, IV, and V restorations, Flow Plus is also suitable for enamel defect repairs, porcelain restoration touch-ups, pit and fissure sealing, minor occlusal build-ups in non-stress areas, incisal abrasions, core buildups, and veneer cementation.
Formulated with BIS-GMA chemistry and approximately 60% proprietary glass filler, this composite offers excellent handling, superior flowability without slumping, and high polishability. It provides strong compressive strength, low shrinkage, and resistance to wear and staining. The radiopaque nature ensures visibility on radiographs, aiding clinical evaluation.
Flow Plus combines easy application with high esthetics, making it the perfect choice for both anterior and posterior restorations.

Directions to use
Step 1: Surface Preparation
- Isolate and clean the tooth thoroughly.
- Etch enamel and dentin if required, then rinse and gently air-dry.
- Apply an appropriate dental bonding agent according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 2: Dispense the Composite
- Select the desired Flow Plus shade (A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1, B2, C3).
- Load the syringe and attach the dispensing tip.
- Apply the composite directly to the cavity or area to be restored.
Step 3: Sculpt and Shape
- Use a suitable instrument to shape and contour the material as needed.
- Thanks to its non-slumping formula, Flow Plus holds form effectively.
Step 4: Light Cure
- Use a curing light to polymerize the composite for 20–30 seconds.
- Ensure complete curing, especially in deeper cavities or multiple layers.
Step 5: Finishing and Polishing
- Finish using polishing discs or rubber points to achieve a smooth, glossy surface.
- The composite is easy to polish to a high natural luster.
