Prevest Calcigel – All Purpose Calcium Hydroxide Paste is a premixed, water-based radiopaque paste containing 40–45% calcium hydroxide and barium sulphate for endodontic applications. With a high pH of 12, it promotes the formation of secondary dentin and helps neutralize free acids from obturating cements and restorative materials. The paste reduces dentine hypersensitivity, offers perfect pulp protection, and is designed for direct application using a syringe, ensuring precise and convenient placement. It is suitable for apexogenesis, apexification, temporary root canal filling, and treatment of internal or external root resorption.
