Description
Prevest DenPro Magma NT is a universal nano-hybrid composite formulated with a combination of nano silica and zirconia fillers, offering 80% filler loading. It provides high strength, excellent polishability, and a natural surface luster. Its chameleon effect and natural fluorescence ensure lifelike restorations with long-lasting esthetics. Designed for both anterior and posterior teeth, Magma NT is ideal for direct and indirect restorations, core build-ups, and repair of fractured restorations.

- Composition:
- BISGMA, Bisphenol A Diethoxy Methacrylate, UDMA, TEGDMA.
- Silanated barium glass powder (0.2–2 µm).
- Nano zirconium oxide powder, Amorphous silica powder.
- Total inorganic filler content: 80%.
- Curing Time: 40 sec.
- Depth of Cure: 1.0 mm (Opaque), 1.5 mm (Other shades).
- Compressive Strength: 300 MPa.
- Flexural Strength: 140–150 MPa.
- Storage: Store between 10°C to 24°C, away from moisture.
- Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacture.
Directions to use
- Clean the tooth and adjacent surfaces using a brush and prophy paste.
- Select the appropriate shade using a VITA Shade Guide.
- Prepare the cavity conservatively, ensuring no residual amalgam or base material.
- Protect pulp-adjacent areas with a hard-setting calcium hydroxide liner.
- Apply a bonding agent (e.g., Fusion Bond 7), air dry, and light cure for 20–30 sec.
- Dispense Magma NT composite, place into the cavity, and contour as needed.
- Light cure each increment (max. 2 mm) for 40 sec.
- Finish, polish with Platina Hi-Gloss, and protect with Nano Coat for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
