Description
Prevest Fusion Composite is a visible light-cured, radiopaque, nano-hybrid composite restorative material designed for all cavity classes. With extremely high abrasion resistance, low polymerization shrinkage, and higher filler content, it ensures strong, durable, and aesthetic restorations. Suitable for both anterior and posterior restorations, it offers excellent handling properties, natural shade correction, and reliable long-term performance.

Specification

Directions to use
- Clean the tooth and adjacent teeth with a brush and prophy paste.
- Select shade using a VITA Shade Guide.
- Prepare cavity using conservative technique; ensure no residual amalgam/base material remains.
- Protect pulp with a hard-setting calcium hydroxide liner.
- Apply Actino 37% Phosphoric Acid Etchant Gel for 15–20 seconds. Rinse thoroughly and blot dry.
- Apply Fusion Bond 5 adhesive to the cavity, air-dry, and light cure for 20–30 seconds.
- Dispense Fusion Composite onto a mixing pad and place into the cavity with a suitable instrument.
- Contour and light cure for 40 seconds. For deeper cavities, build up in 2mm increments.
- Shape, finish, and polish restoration using standard techniques.
- Apply Nano Coat protective varnish as the final step.
