1. Rinse the mouth with water before use if required.
2. Measure 10 ml of mouthwash into a cup.
3. Swish thoroughly around the teeth and gums for 30–60 seconds.

6. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
7. Use once daily, preferably after brushing and flossing.
8. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.
