Zhermack Occlufast Rock Bite Registration Material is a fast-setting, high-precision vinyl polysiloxane (VPS) material formulated for accurate occlusal and buccal bite registrations. Its rigid consistency ensures minimal deformation, offering exceptional stability for gnathologic evaluations, orthodontic diagnostics, and skull–cervico–mandibular assessments. With thixotropic properties and imperceptible consistency, it supports precise placement without dripping, while maintaining dimensional accuracy for up to 15 days.

Directions to use

Preparation:
Before assembling the mixing tip, lightly press the dispenser lever to ensure both base and catalyst flow evenly. Discard the initial extruded material.
Assembly:
Attach the mixing tip, and if required, the intraoral tip.
Application (Occlusal Technique):
Extrude Occlufast Rock directly onto the teeth. Ask the patient to bite to capture the occlusal relationship.
The thixotropic nature prevents dripping and ensures controlled placement.
Setting:
Allow the material to set intraorally (fast setting: 1–2 minutes).
Finishing:
After setting, trim or adjust with a cutting blade or bur if necessary.
